Things I would like to see added to the Canon 40D.

!. Ability to save images as DNGs.
2. Auto Exposure Bracketing(AEB) EV increased to +/- 3 stops and at least 5 shots(9 would be sweet).
3. Ability to move the focus point w/o hitting the shutter all the time.
4. Way to keep the menu buttons from inadvertently being pressed.
5. Allow the print button to be reprogrammed for another function.
6. Direct Input of nmea info from a gps

Wacky Stuff
A way to do programmed Depth of Field stacking.
Focus while in Live View w/o dropping the mirror.
Ability to change the focus to adjust for focus errors of the camera or lens.
The ability to use the on board flash to control external canon(e-ttl) flashes.

Rant: Panera Bread

Well I've always liked going to Panera until lately. When I go out I need access to the Internet and Panera used to oblige that need with their free wifi connection. However, lately they have been implementing changes that have been keeping me away.

I work from home or anywhere I can get an Internet connection. I used to eat @ Paneras at least once or twice a week usually getting a breakfast item and then if it wasn't too crowded I would eat lunch there. However some weeks a go they changed InterNet providers and they stopped allowing connections to certain sites. While I had a way around their firewall, it was dang inconvenient. So I started limiting my trips to Paneras. Last week I decided I would head back and get lunch there. I should have known something was up when I walked in and the place was dead, but I went ahead and got a drink/bagle, setup my computer and saw that the Internet was down. A trip up to the counter and I found out that they had been without wifi for almost a week. Well I finished my bagel, informed the girl who just sat down next to me with her laptop and we both left. No lunch. Today I decided to try again, this time the wifi was up and working. Just as I was going up to order my Lunch I got a message about my connection going down cause I had already used my 30 min(There were still plenty of seats). Well I packed my bags and left. No lunch again. Guess they don't want my business anymore.
